We are writing to you today regarding Master Dharsan Aakash P (UHID-389845), a 6-year and 10-month-old male child of Mr. N Padmanabhan. Dharsan is currently suffering from Severe Congestive Cardiac Failure due to Dilated Cardiomyopathy and is on Central ECMO, a life-saving mechanical circulatory support.

Dharsan urgently requires an Orthotopic Heart Transplantation. This major, high-risk surgery is estimated to cost between 40 to 50 lakhs, which includes the necessary pre-operative preparations, intra-operative procedures, and post-operative ICU care.
