Being an NGO for women empowerment in India, Child Vikas Foundation has designed our dynamic and transformation-oriented programs in such a manner that the grooming of impoverished young girls and women will uplift their finincial condition of their families.
“Tailoring program empowers women who are from very poor backgrounds and work either as domestic maids or as homemakers. Some are emotionally disturbed because of domestic violence and want a way out in their economic and social life while others are gripped with generational poverty and seeking a sustainable livelihood to break away from the spell of this poverty. This program from CVF has scaled their outlook to better social living and economic empowerment.
Solution
This tailoring class programme intends to create economic development of women & break poverty. Tailoring training will provide self-employment at their homes can give them a daily income and can enable them to buy necessary medicines and make them capable to pay school fee for their growing children. Investment in these women is a proven path to reduce poverty.
