I am writing to seek your kind support for twin preterm babies (B/O Meena) who were born on 10th June 2025 at St. John’s Medical College Hospital, Bengaluru. The babies were delivered at just 26 weeks of gestation through LSCS under IVF conception and are currently admitted in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).
At birth, the babies weighed only 660 g (Twin 1) and 790 g (Twin 2). Due to financial constraints and concerns regarding their survival, the family has sadly abandoned the babies despite repeated counseling. The hospital is continuing treatment, and the case has also been referred to the Child Welfare Committee for further interventions.
With continuous medical care, both babies are showing progress and have now gained weight – 1.84 kg (Twin 1) and 2.24 kg (Twin 2). However, the ongoing treatment and rehabilitation are costly and urgently require financial support.
We humbly appeal to you to extend your generosity to ensure these babies receive the medical care they desperately need. Every contribution, big or small, will have a life-changing impact on their survival and future.
