We are writing to you today with an urgent appeal for Master K. Niyansh, a 3-year-old boy (UHID NO. 54723) who has been diagnosed with CALLA POSITIVE B-LYMPHOBLASTIC LEUKEMIA. He is currently admitted at Little Star and She Hospital and has begun chemotherapy as per the ICICLE protocol.
Niyansh's treatment involves an intensive phase of six months, followed by a two-year maintenance phase. The estimated cost for the intensive phase, including chemotherapy, hospitalization, investigations, and supportive care, is around 2 lakhs.
Just a few months ago, Niyansh, who was otherwise a healthy two-and-a-half-year-old, started falling ill frequently. He developed weakness, a severe fever, a cough, and difficulty breathing. His parents initially took him to Krishna Children's Hospital, Lakdikapul, but after no improvement, he was referred to Little Star and She Hospital. Following extensive tests, he was diagnosed with leukemia.
Niyansh's father, K. Karthik, is the sole earner in their family, with a minimal salary that barely covers their monthly expenses. The mounting medical bills have depleted their savings, forcing them to borrow from friends and relatives and mortgage their valuables. They have exhausted all other sources of funds and are now desperately seeking your help to save their son's life.
We urge you to please consider supporting Niyansh and his family during this critical time. Any contribution would be immensely appreciated and would go a long way in helping Niyansh get the treatment he needs to become healthy again.
