Mathesh, the son of Mr. Manikandan, resides at 13/549, Balathandayutha Nagar, 3rd Street, Mapillaioorani, Tuticorin Taluk, Tuticorin District – 628002. He is being treated under Hospital Registration No: 1230451, where doctors have advised that he urgently requires chemotherapy followed by an Allogenic Bone Marrow Transplantation.

The total estimated cost of the treatment is Rs. 16,00,000/- (Rupees Sixteen Lakhs Only). The breakup of the cost is as follows:

• Bed & Nursing Charges, Physician Fees – Rs. 2,00,000
• Investigations & Imaging Studies – Rs. 2,50,000
• Conditioning Regimen – Rs. 2,50,000
• Antibiotics & Antifungal Medications – Rs. 3,00,000
• Blood Products – Rs. 2,00,000
• Cost of Immunosuppressants (for two years) – Rs. 3,00,000
• Procedure & Operation Charges – Rs. 1,00,000
