I am writing to earnestly appeal for financial assistance for Master Yalamanchi Sai Sri Sadvik, a 4-year-5-month-old boy (UHID No. CUV-00177913) currently undergoing treatment for Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia (APML) at Rainbow Children's Hospital, Vijayawada.

The child has commenced a 10-month treatment protocol consisting of five chemotherapy cycles. The estimated cost for the intensive phase of treatment—including chemotherapy, hospitalization, investigations, supportive care, medications, and nutritional support—is approximately 14–15 lakhs. Additionally, required blood products are estimated to cost around 1.5–2 lakhs, and potential complications may increase these expenses further.

The family is from a financially disadvantaged background and cannot afford this treatment. The father works in a grocery store and the mother is a tuition teacher, and their combined income is insufficient to meet these medical costs. After initially noticing gum bleeding and worsening lethargy, the parents sought medical attention in Eluru before being urgently referred to Rainbow Children's Hospital for specialized care.
