We are reaching out on behalf of Master PIPPALA SIVA KARNIK, a five-year-old child (UHID: CUV-00170905), who is currently admitted to Rainbow Children’s Hospital, Vijayawada. He has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia (Blood Cancer) and has begun chemotherapy under the ICICLE Protocol.
The treatment plan involves an intensive phase lasting six months, followed by a two-year maintenance phase. The estimated cost for the intensive phase, which includes chemotherapy, hospitalization, investigations, and supportive care (IV antibiotics, anti-fungal, and nutritional support), is approximately Rs 12–14 lakhs. The necessary blood products for the entire treatment are also estimated to cost Rs 12–14 lakhs. Costs may increase if unexpected complications arise.
Master SIVA KARNIK has already completed two rounds of chemotherapy. Unfortunately, he recently developed a Black Fungus infection at an injection site on his hand, necessitating recent surgery. Prior to his current diagnosis, he had suffered from recurring fevers for three years.
The family, Nagaraju and Naga Mounika, are daily wage workers and are unable to afford the critical treatment required to save their son's life. This emergency case was referred to the Child Vikas Foundation by Rainbow Children's Hospital.
We urgently seek your financial support to ensure Master SIVA KARNIK can continue his life-saving treatment. We humbly request you consider making a donation and sharing this appeal with your friends and family.
Thank you for your generosity and support.
